About Olivia Kiernan

Olivia Kiernan is an Irish writer living in the UK. She was born and raised in County Meath, near the famed heritage town of Kells and holds an MA in Creative Writing awarded by the University of Sussex. If Looks Could Kill is the third novel in her Dublin-set DCI Frankie Sheehan series. It centres round the disappearance of a mother in the Wicklow mountains, and her seemingly cold and emotionless daughter – on whom the circumstantial evidence, and the media’s suspicion, falls.

About William Shaw

William Shaw has written eight novels, including his most recent novel, Deadland. His new series is set in Kent and features DI Alexandra Cupidi as she battles not only the criminals of South East England but also her own wayward teenage daughter.Olivia and William will be in conversation with each other and will share what it’s like being an author of crime fiction, where they get their inspiration from, how they write, and much more.
