Walking for Wellbeing – Winter Story Walk

Free

Suitable for all ages

Join local storyteller Graeme Kelly for a few tall tales and a great little walk along the riverside.

As always, we will meet at The Word at 1pm. This walk will take us down King Street before following some quiet paths out of the town centre and up to the Dolly Peel statue. From here, we will drop down to the riverside and follow the path back towards The Word via the ferry landing. If the weather is kind, we will be rewarded with some superb views looking west up the Tyne. Along the route, there will be a few stops during which Graeme will entertain you with some winter tales.
