Join South Shields-born writer Jake Morris-Campbell for a spring morning’s walk. Leading an interactive discussion on how and why we write in response to particular places, Jake will also introduce you to other poets who have written about South Shields and give tips for your own writing, inspiring you to try poems of your own.

This will be a circular walk of approximately two hours, starting and ending at The Word.
