Seated Strength

Free, drop-in.

Please note this event takes place at Cleadon Park Library. 

Tuesdays from 6th January until 17th February from 10am – 11am.

Come along and join Zoe from Staying Active to try some seated circuit exercises. This is done at a gentle pace and is low impact. Everyone works at their own pace taking a break when needed.

No special clothing is required, just wear something you find comfortable.
