Seated Exercise

Free, drop in activity.

Suitable for ages 12+

Come along and join Zoe from Staying Active to try some seated exercise. This is done at a gentle pace and is low impact. Everyone works at their own pace taking a break when needed.

No special clothing is required, just wear something you find comfortable.

Every Tuesday, 10am-11am from 28 January until 4 March.
