Powering the Future Creativity Workshops
Free, booking required
4-11 year olds
Hot on the heels of our Powering the Future challenge in primary schools across South Tyneside, Little Inventors are running a series of workshops in local libraries this summer to get your creative cogs spinning.
Funded by the new, extraordinary Dogger Bank Wind Farm being constructed off the north-east coast, these workshops will explore renewable energy, how it works and why it is a crucial part of the solution to climate change. The team will challenge kids in the workshops to use their imagination to create new ways to generate renewable energy and learn prototyping techniques to bring inventions to life.
