Pop along to The Word as we display highlights of The Stay-at-Home! Literary Festival in our StoryWorld.

The Stay-at Home! Literary Festival, created by author and lecturer CJ Cooke, and supported by Paper Nations, took place from 26 April -9 May 2021. The festival was a celebration of reading and writing, with the aim to combat lonliness by championing community and connection amid social distancing.

The programme theme was: The Power (and Danger) of Storytelling. It focused on representation and diversity, drawing from The Danger of a Single Story by novelist Chimamanda Adichie.
