A Thousand Tales Exhibition

Free

Suitable for all ages

A collection of original works created by Suzie Devey

Since childhood, books have helped us have fun, use our imagination and go on adventures. They have taken us to magical places, from deep forests and castles in the sky to worlds filled with curious creatures.

This new exhibition invites you to step inside a magical world full of stories. Explore enchanting places, meet curious creatures and look for hidden clues along the way.

Every corner holds a story. Some may remind you of stories you know, while others may be new. Take your time, look closely and see what you can find.

Free to enjoy. Suitable for all ages.

The exhibition opens on Monday 12 October 2026 and runs until Sunday 28 February 2027.

About Suzie Devey

Suzie Devey’s work is inspired by stories. Some stories are shared with her, some are discovered by chance, and some are hidden in places, objects and memories.

She listens carefully, collects these stories and turns them into artwork that can be shared with others. The stories help shape her work, and her work helps keep them alive.

Suzie hopes A Thousand Tales sparks memories of your favourite stories and inspires you to discover new ones.
